Christopher S. Blanchard

Founder

A certified web applications developer since 2001, Chris was a founding editor of Boise State University’s digital public affairs journal, Idaho Issues Online, and is currently production editor of the Idaho State Historical Society’s scholarly journal, Idaho Yesterdays. Chris graduated magna cum laude from the Boise State University Honors College with a B.S. in Social Science (History and Economics), and earned an M.A. in Applied Historical Research with concentrations in urban and environmental history. He has been accepted for doctoral studies at Portland State University’s acclaimed Urban Studies program.

Wyatt Werner

Co-founder

An Oregon native, Wyatt moved to Boise to earn a BA in philosophy from Northwest Nazarene University. After working in research administration at Emory University’s School of Medicine, Wyatt returned to Boise to help broaden the dissemination of research and build a sustainable business model for open access publishing. Wyatt currently studies Sustainable Business and Innovation Management at Portland State University. He is a founding member of Ignite Boise and Pronetos. He also blogs at Seppuku Kaizen.

Jenna Strong

Project management, and marketing
Jenna’s work experience began as a media buyer at WRC Advertising where she planned and bought print and electronic media, but quickly became an account executive. In that capacity she managed budgets and the advertising process for many Boise businesses and other Northwest clients. From there she moved into media sales at KBCI Television. Jenna earned a BBA in Marketing, and an MBA from Boise State University.

Katie Mooney

Web and print design
Katie’s work experience began as a designer at Wild West T-shirts in Bozeman where she created clever designs for events and area businesses. She moved on to the advertising industry and went to work for Right Angle Communications where she designed for web, print, collateral, and television graphics. In Boise she worked for Murie Design Group designing corporate advertising and collateral, before joining Open Access Press. Katie has a degree in Graphic Design from Montana State University.

Patrick Farr

Senior Network Administrator
